Redmi Note 4 Review: After a year's usage
On January 19 2017, Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 4 to Indian smartphone market with amazing specifications, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 5.5-inch Full HD display, 2/3/4 GB RAM, 32/64 GB storage respectively, 13-megapixel rear camera and 5 mp front camera, 4100mAh battery, and Android 7.0 Nougat and now running on MIUI 9 which the latest version of the skinned UI Designed by Xiaomi, I love MIUI even I exchanged my Mi A1 with Mi Max 2 because of it . Crafted in a steel body and priced at just Rs. 12,999 for its high variant, it seemed like a deal too good to be true and many people like me bought the device on its first sale now its almost a year.
It has been 12 months since the launch. Every month these days new devices being launched these days with high-end hardware and surprisingly low price tags like Redmi 5a, Redmi 4 and Mi A1 which was one of the best sellers of last year and several other phones seem great like Mi Mix 2 and I keep looking for reasons to upgrade. But honestly, even after a year the Redmi Note 4 is going strong and I don’t actually need a new phone or an upgrade.

Cheap in Price, Not in Quality
Through these 12 months, I have used almost all the device launched this year during the hands-on meet of our fan club, But I never feel like I’m missing out on a premium experience. More importantly, it feels like I got my money’s worth and I got a sweet deal indeed! Most of these mid-range phones launched by Xiaomi are still having great sales and much traffic in the Community. All these phones are in Mid Range but having the premium feel and build quality which I never missed in my Redmi Note 4.
Smartphone hardware has largely importance these days, Xiaomi is not giving any compromise in this segment by Xiaomi like India's No 1 Selling Device Redmi Note 4 which launched early this year. Everyone is complaining Xiaomi is using Snapdragon 625 on their every new model but that's not a bad thing either Snapdragon 625is really a powerful and power efficient SoC which is actually I will name as Best SoC of the year 2017 than their premium chipset Snapdragon 835. It gives the user, better value for their money and you don’t need to upgrade your phone every year indeed.
